the little keychain that has been hanging on my pencil case for the past 4 years says that 'a person born on the 6th of may will be dab hands in the kitchen.' for the greater part of my life, i have been clueless and lost in the kitchen-considering that i came to london hardly knowing how to fry an egg. i think i have come quite a long way ever since, and slowly heading towards the realisation of the words of wisdom on that keyring. I have been baking quite abit lately. Yes, baking has always been my forte...but i have taken it a step up by putting extra effort into presentation and decoration.
